Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of DON'T PRESS THAT at whyiamdoingthis.fun. By using the game, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its hosting, other players, or the security of the service.

Game availability

The game is provided as a free browser experience. Features, challenge rules, difficulty, music, visual design and availability may change over time. We may fix bugs, rebalance challenges, add or remove game modes, or temporarily make the site unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

Your device and browser

You are responsible for using a compatible browser, internet connection and device. The game may use local browser storage for preferences and scores. Clearing browser data, changing devices or using privacy modes may remove locally stored information.

Fair use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, inject malicious code, overload the service, scrape it in a harmful manner, or interfere with normal gameplay for others. Automated testing and accessibility tools used responsibly are not prohibited.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to other websites or load permitted media from third-party hosts. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that we control or guarantee the availability, security or content of another website.

No warranty

The game is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable effort is made to keep the game functional, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or preservation of locally stored scores cannot be guaranteed.

Updates

These terms may be updated when the game or its supporting services change. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply.
